Privacy policy

Presenter is a personal birthday reminder service. It stores:

• Your Google account e-mail address and display name.
• A Google OAuth refresh token, used to read your starred contacts and to send reminder mails from your own mailbox to your own address.
• Markers recording which reminders were already sent, and a log of the last daily run.

Contact details (birthdays, present links, present profiles) live in your Google Contacts and are read on demand — Presenter does not keep a copy.

When a contact has a presenter-profile custom field, that profile text and the contact's name are sent to OpenRouter, which routes them to a third-party AI model provider (currently OpenAI), to generate present suggestions.

Disconnecting your account on the dashboard deletes the stored account record and refresh token.
